Fia Restaurant in The Burgess Hotel is a true gem! ✨ The Mediterranean-inspired menu is a delightful fusion of flavors - from the succulent octopus to the mouthwatering prawn curry and the creamy potato gnocchi.

On my latest visit, I was blown away by the grilled asparagus with poached egg and speck - simply outstanding! The ambiance is intimate, and the service is warm and attentive.
