Cool place.Great BBQ and all the guys working were nice.$25 for a chopped brisket, waffle fries, and an IPA.The venue was awesome.Great sound and nice space to support your favorite band.Happy 20 years to The Bled - PTF!! I would recommend both the food and live music venueđ¤
Wow, wow, wow - this is the real deal bbq.The smoke line on the brisket is 1/2 inch thick and the most tender Iâve ever had. Also had the corn, slaw, rib, and chips n salsa. Lots of draft beers to choose from.Came during dinner rush so it took 15 minutes to get through the line but the food came out really fast once we ordered. Canât wait to go back.
We came based on a recommendation, itâs close to the design district and several hotels, itâs a unique name with a real Ferris wheel!! We arrived early afternoon, not really busy during this time, smelled delicious, and hungry, it all looked good and wanted to try âall the thingsâ, we ordered fried pickles, loaded potato with chopped brisket, 2 meat plate with sliced brisket, pulled pork and BBQ Mac & cheese. The sauces that came on the side were great! They were tangy with just the right amount of spice. The fried pickles were crispy and looked like fries (so good), BBQ Mac & cheese looked like the âFerris wheelâ thatâs in the name, the sliced brisket was moist, (not fatty), and my favorite, although the pulled pork was great too, also the sodas were made with real cane sugar, which we liked and not the typical name brand soft drinks. BBQ can be a personal thing, I am not a BBQ connoisseur and I donât know what makes a great BBQ, I know I loved the Mac and cheese, sliced brisket, the 2 BBQ sauces and fried pickles, the pulled Pork was good and the loaded potato was good, and it has a great atmosphere, we will be back.
