This is my first and last time coming here I should be able to alter my order without being yelled at.I wanted to change my Italian sub to a meatball sub.I only got one thing , Iâm the only one in the drive-through line and the place looked pretty empty by the way.when I told the young man at the drive-through I wanted To change my sandwich he slammed the window in my face and yelled .I could maybe understand if they were really busy but again there was no one in the drive-through in the parking lot was pretty empty.I just pulled off without my food, I didnât trust to eat it after that

Angel was great, even helping when the amount of my purchase made no sense to me she was very kind and clearly explained everything to me, so that I was able to understand.Definitely a good worker and needs a raise.

I have actually never experienced a worse level of customer service than I have received here, and I have eaten at some very sketchy places.The young man greeted me at the drive thru with a loud deep sigh and âyeah order when youâre ready.â After telling him it was a mobile order he didnât let me get a word out before naming off a few names, then began flipping his hands around as if to suggest âokay whatâs your nameâ closed the window when I said my name, came back and said âitâs not ready pull upâ and closed it on me.Endured that treatment just to get home and have 8wings in my 10 piece, 3 breadsticks, and a missing frozen Italian ice.Unfortunately, this has become common practice at this location.If you choose to eat here, make sure itâs during an earlier shift.The only consistency the evening shift displays is terrible attitudes and incorrect orders.Lord help you if you should actually go back to have it corrected.
