Emilio's Taqueria is a hidden gem in Louisville! 🌮 The birria tacos are hands down the best I've ever tasted - packed with flavor and perfectly juicy. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

I also couldn't resist the margaritas - so refreshing! 🍹 Though the quesadillas were a tad oily for my taste, the flavors were spot on.
