I recently dined at Fat Hippo in Cardiff, and while the atmosphere was casual and inviting, the food experience had its ups and downs. We kicked off our meal with the Frickles, which were crispy and flavorful, paired perfectly with their tasty house sauce. For mains, I opted for the PB+JJ burger, which was a tad too inundated with peanut butter for my liking; a bit more balance would elevate it! The tater tots were a delight, though. Service was a bit slow, so be prepared! Overall, a good spot for burger enthusiasts. 🍔
