Evo Kitchen + Bar offers a delightful dining experience with a fantastic fusion of Mediterranean flavors. The atmosphere is inviting with large windows bringing in plenty of light, perfect for capturing the beauty of each dish. We started with the chickpea fries, which were delightfully crispy, and the skordalia spread paired beautifully with warm pita. For the main course, the scallops were simply sublime! The service was top-notch, and their cocktail selection is impressive. Don’t skip the baklava cheesecake - it's a must-try! 🍰
