Duckfat is a delightful spot in Portland! I finally made it there for lunch after hearing all the buzz, and it was worth the wait. The fries were outstanding, perfectly crispy with a delightful truffle ketchup on the side. I also tried the grilled cheese with soppressata, which was rich and comforting.
