Evergreen Express Chinese Restaurant is a charming spot on Edmondson Pike! 🍜 I stopped by for a quick lunch and was delighted by the generous portion of egg drop soup - super comforting for my sore throat. The service was fast and friendly, with the kind lady even giving me two fortune cookies!

The atmosphere is casual, perfect for solo diners or families. My veggie lo mein and spring roll were both delicious and well-prepared. I really appreciated the cleanliness and order of the kitchen too. I’ll definitely be returning for more! 🌟
