Grew up in the South where there is a Waffle House around every corner.
My family and I moved out of the South 20 years ago and had a Waffle House drought for a number of years.
Returning to Waffle House after two decades felt like a nostalgic feast for my taste buds.
The familiar scent of waffles and sizzling bacon brought back childhood memories.
The unchanged charm of the diner, coupled with the reliable taste of their signature dishes, transported me back in time.
Waffle House is a comforting classic that stands the test of time – like a delicious time machine! Our first visit on day 1 of our vacation was such a good and memorable experience that we ended our vacation at Waffle House before going to the airport.
For all of my Southern family and friends enjoy and don't take Waffle House for granted.

I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses, and this experience was really good.
First, this Waffle House is bigger than most I've been to.
There were quite a few cars in the lot, so I thought there wouldn't be a table available, but there was.
Not only was it bigger, there was more staff than normal. And they were super friendly.
The food was really good.
And it was all prepared quickly even though they were busy. Overall, a great Waffle House experience!
