My fiancé and I had a great time here.Good food, good drinks, and wonderful customer service. If you haven't been, you have to try this place out. It's a little pricey but well worth it.We recommend the chef's creation (Moroccan inspired pork dish).
So, we are visiting town and had a dinner at the Etch.Starting with the food - Amazing!!! Had a great steak and my wife had the Mahi fish. You DO want to get the cauliflower for starters.I could eat it all over again. Atmosphere - Great kitchen counter to eat at.We had a great show running by Chef Brendan who gave us the behind the scenes for every dish. And of course, the people!!!! Sandra was awesome and took a good care of us.If you are in town, don’t miss out the opportunity!
The experience at The Etch in Nashville was wonderful. The ambiance and food were excellent. For dessert, we tried the cauliflower, and for our entrees, we enjoyed bread with fish and pork chop. The service was exceptional, making it a delightful treat for my wife on our 27th anniversary. However, strangely, I experienced a bad stomach upset that evening.I'm not sure if it was due to the food, as I hadn't eaten anything before or after dining at Etch.Fortunately, I felt much better the following evening after taking some medication.
