Estelita Taco Truck is a hidden gem located in the Valero gas station parking lot on Grimmer Blvd. 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and ordered three chicken tacos for just $3 each. They were packed with juicy chicken, beans, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in homemade tortillas - definitely a step above the average taco truck!

The red sauce was spicy and vibrant, and the chips on the side complemented the meal perfectly. The casual vibe makes it a great place for a quick bite. I’ll be returning for the Al Pastor and those massive burritos soon! Highly recommend! 🌟
