Ernie's is a cozy spot in Roanoke that captures the essence of comfort food. I stopped by for breakfast and tried the sweet potato pancakes, which were fluffy and bursting with flavor. The western omelette was also a highlight - perfectly cooked and generously portioned.

The outdoor seating offered a lovely view of the Market, making it a nice spot for a morning meal. Our server was friendly, despite a busy morning rush, and I appreciated the quick service. Be mindful during peak hours, as it can fill up fast. A great place for a relaxed bite! 🍽️
