I recently dined at AJI Fusion and was pleasantly surprised! The outdoor seating was perfect for the day, and we tried the Linguine Huancaina and Áji de Gallina. Both were delightful! The chicken in the pasta was flavorful, and the fried plantains were a real treat.
Though the service was a tad slow, our server answered all our questions with a smile. The casual vibe made it easy to relax. Don’t miss out on their vegan options, which look fantastic! 🌟
