A nice place in itself, good selection of wine bottles, I found the open wine selection a bit boring, nothing special.However, this is a matter of taste and therefore does not contribute to the 2 stars rating.But I think it's a shame that a wine bar can't manage to temper red wines.Every amateur knows that red wine should not be drunk at 26 degrees, but rather at 18.Warm red wine in a small Osteria okay but in a wine bar?! What is also not a matter of taste is overcooked pasta amatriciana with guanciale that was as firm as leather.Absolutely bad.You can see it in the picture.The service didn't ask why the pasta was almost untouched and the place wasn't full so it would have been possible to ask.You wouldn't expect pea pasta with poorly cooked frozen peas at this place with these prices either.Certainly okay for a glass of wine, but I wouldn't come back for dinner.Better and cheaper to find even in the touristic city center.And before the owner gets mean again and thinks he knows everything better, as you can see from other reviews here: there are other people in this world who know about food and wine too.Sometimes its okay to accept reasonable criticism

Buongiorno JK ...la ringrazio per la visita e prendo spunto per dettagliarle gli appunti ricevuti. Dapprima la " cattiveria del proprietario" è rivolta in alcuni casi a persone che scrivono solo per screditare il lavoro altrui senza avere l'educazione di indicare cose che sicuramente possono non piacere o non esser gradite.Spesso ci si erge a recensori quando non credo quello sia l'utilizzo di lasciare un recensione. Mi spiace abbia trovato non di suo gradimento la temperatura del vino rosso che non serviamo a 26 gradi ma viene appena stemperato in glassette al bancone. Terrò conto comunque delle sue indicazioi per migliorarne il servizio. Anche sul cibo, è la prima lamentela da quando abbiamo i nuovo Chef Alessandro Camillo, che mi sta invece dando molta soddisfazione. La matriciana con pasta scotta e guanciale duro, seppur non consueta, prendo atto non le sia piaciuta, di certo concordo sul servizio che non ha notato che l'abbia lasciata , perchè potevano fargliela rifare sicuramente.Anche la pasta con i piselli, che non sono piselli ma pesto e patate , credo ci sia stato qualche fraintendimento... prendo atto comunque delle sue evidenziazioni, che come ho potuto ben vedere sono espresse con educazione e volte all'evidenza di una non piacevolezza nella serata, e per rappresentarle che quanto ricevuto non rappresenta lo standard di VERSO avrei piacere di riaverla come ospite in enoteca per scambiarci qualche idea di vino e di cucina, sarebbe sicuramente un accrescimento del bagaglio culturale. Se avrà piacere l'aspetto.
It’s a v nice authentic Italian restaurant.Easy to get reservations. They have a v good wine collection but most of them are to be ordered per bottle .Food is great however I was not asked how cooked I’d prefer my meat .Service is a little slow, but I can say for sure, they gave in 100% of the effort .Staff is very friendly.

Ciao Rupika abbiamo circa 27 calici in mescita ed oltre 1000 etichette in carta , impossibili da gestire tutte in mescita . Grazie per i complimenti del locale comunque e a presto
They have a very wine selection but our choice was out of stock.The food selection is of high standard but still not up to the mark of international quality.I ordered a duck but I wished that waitress would have asked how do I like meat then I wouldn’t have been served medium rare duck.Their Italian menu and english menu was a little different.
