The Encinitas Fish Shop offers a delightful seafood experience right by the coast. I sampled the Ahi taco with their special seasoning - it was absolutely incredible, bursting with flavor. We also tried the coconut shrimp and while it wasn’t the standout I'd hoped, it was still enjoyable.

The outdoor seating was a nice touch and the atmosphere felt relaxed, though it did get a bit busy. Don't miss the ceviche; it's a must-try! Just keep an eye out if you choose to dine during peak hours... 🐟
