Elysium Korean Bistro truly lives up to its name! The moment we sat down, the array of flavorful side dishes set the tone for our meal. We indulged in the Honey Garlic fried chicken which was crispy, juicy, and deliciously balanced - not overly sweet or garlicky at all. The seafood pancake stole the show with its perfect texture!

My only small quibble was with the Soybean Paste Stew; a brief note about its contents would be helpful. Overall, a delightful experience worth returning for! 🍽️
