Eliana and Brothers Mexican Food #2 is a taco truck that truly delivers! The California burrito is a meal in itself, generously stuffed and bursting with flavors. The birria tacos are hands down one of the best options - super juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also sampled the homemade chips, which were delightful, though the queso could use a bit more creaminess. On Saturdays, they’re open for a tasty taco fix. This spot has solidified itself as a must-visit for me! 🌮
