El Vaquero is a hidden gem in Amarillo! 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast and was thrilled by their cozy vibe. The huevos rancheros were bursting with flavor, and I couldn’t resist pairing it with their fantastic coffee - definitely one of the best I’ve had!

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I love that it’s both veteran and women-owned, adding a special touch to the experience. Plus, the place is super accessible! Can’t wait to come back for lunch and try more from their menu. ☕🌮
