El Trompo Loco is a hidden gem nestled in a corner gas station on Seagoville Rd, and I’m thrilled I stumbled upon it! 🎉

Their trompo and fajita tacos are absolute must-trys - especially the fajitas, which stole the show for me. I also indulged in the mixed quesadilla, combining delicious trompo and fajita flavors, all while vibing to some great tunes.

The only downside was the service; my order taker seemed a bit worn out, but the food totally made up for it. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky during busy hours! Overall, I’ll definitely be back for more tacos soon!
