I recently visited El Taco Rico Restaurant, and while it had a cozy, casual vibe, my experience was mixed.
I opted for the Enchiladas Verde with rice and beans. The portion was generous, but sadly, the chicken lacked flavor and was overcooked. I appreciated the spice of the verde sauce, though I found it surprisingly hot! 🌶️
The atmosphere could use some TLC, as the walls were a bit grimy. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and I could see they were hygiene-conscious. Overall, it’s decent comfort food, but I was hoping for more...
