Chicken Express is my go-to for fast food in Texas! 🍗 I recently tried the fried catfish and hush puppies, and wow, they were incredible - crispy and perfectly seasoned! The corn pup hush puppies tasted homemade, adding a nice touch.

Usually, I indulge in their chicken thighs and livers, but stepping out of my comfort zone was totally worth it. Service was friendly, and even though I hit the drive-thru, the wait was minimal and well worth it for that fresh flavor! I’ll definitely be back for more!
