We are very frequent customers.The food is unbeatable.The service top draw.Daniela is the most amazing hostess.Remembered us after our first visit and has been amazingly nice and thorough on every visit.The restaurant itself has the best food around and has been that way since our first visit when it was on Wildwood in the early 2000's.Eat here and you will be back.Guaranteed.
I have nothing but great things to say about El Rodeo.I was in town for work from Richmond, and the inviting, festive exterior caught my attention.Who doesn't like Mexican food when out for the day? Crazy people, that's who. The interior was bright, well-kempt, tastefully decorated, and has lots of spacious tables and little alcoves to sit in.They can easily seat large parties or small, intimate pairs.And, I have to say, the bar was very well stocked, especially with some excellent tequilas. I got the Pineapple Fajitas, and they were truly a revelation of flavor.Fresh grilled pineapple, red onion, mushrooms, shrimp, red peppers, and your choice of chicken or steak, and then they top with cheese sauce.I went with chicken at the server's recommendation, and he was spot on.The flavors of everything blended together into an incredibly savory, tasty, sumptuous feast.The iced tea was also perfectly brewed; very good flavor without being bitter. Next time we're in town, we will definitely be coming back.
Daniella was our fantastic waitress.She was sooooo attentive and so quick! She was so sweet and everything we ordered was correct and delish! When I go back, I definitely want her as my waitress!! Thank you so much Daniella!!!
