Food was very good but lacked proper spicing.
Even the Salsas were lacking in spicing.
It seemed like the food was Americanized. Great service and nice location.
The chicken and rice soup was the best from our order.

Wow! This is just a newly opened mexican restaurant here in fremont area. It is situated within dollar tree,grocery outlet plaza in stevenson area. Some yelpers said that The chef from las casitas is the same here in El Rodeo which is interesting and yes,I was able to confirm that from one of the staff. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. This is a family owned business and most of the servers are cousins.They have excellent customer service and looks like they really love what they do. I am happy that they walked me through with their menu and house specials so I was able to try their famous chicken and rice soup, roys chicken,quesadilla ,and Home made HORCHATA which is soo refreshing. I can say that their ingredients are fresh and prepared with love. I will be back for more to try their menu

This restaurant recently opened about 3 months ago, and they are already thriving! The food portions are very generous, and the service was both 10/10! We started with chips, and it came with salsa and pico de gallo.
I added the extra spicy salsa, which was deliciously spicy! To surprise us, the owner came out with some loaded nachos that were covered with shredded pork, melted cheese, guac, and sour cream on the house.
🔥 10/10 My gf picked the Top Shelf Burrito, and I ordered the Ultimate Fajitas.
Both dishes were really tasty, heavy, and meaty, which is perfect but was enough to share with 4 people. To top off our meal, we ordered the Flan with strawberry drizzle, then everything was washed down with a grilled shrimp michelada and a blue thunder cocktail. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area!
