Hands down the best “RIBEYE BARRIA” I have ever had.
The beef is like a pot roast your grandmother cooked & the flavors are simple/authentic.
Everything is fresh! The verde salsa has perfect flavor and not too spicy! It’s traditionally prepared and presented to a T! I never write more than a couple words on a review -THIS IS A MUST if you haven’t been and I highly recommend El Rancho Grande. Support this gem on Irving Street SF! While California is blessed to have a wide range of foods this is a KEEPER?

The atmosphere here was mind blowing.
I pulled up the google review page before I even got my order.
The birria order is to DIE FOR.
Employees are working endlessly keeping this restaurant clean (because we know how taquerias can get).
Extremely clean, friendly, authentic, and delicious! I will be saving this location and I live 4 hours away.

Delicious and expedient.
Despite being relatively packed, I was very impressed that the food was out within 5 minutes.
Must be an extremely efficient kitchen! The chips and salsa were also free and good.
