El Molcajete Vista Lakes is a delightful gem! 🌟 The vibrant decor sets a fun ambiance, and I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly staff.

I started with their house-made chips and salsa, which were fantastic! The highlight was definitely the birria ramen paired with three delicious birria tacos - so flavorful and filling.

I couldn’t resist trying the Texano burrito, generously stuffed and smothered in cheesy goodness, but it was quite a hefty portion! 🙈 Overall, I left satisfied and can’t wait to return for more authentic Mexican goodness.
