I visited Arby's at Lee Vista Blvd and was hoping for a quick bite but left feeling a bit let down.

While the place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, the service was lacking. I ordered the classic Beef 'n Cheddar, which tasted fine, but my fries were cold and a little soggy.

The staff seemed distracted and could use a smile or two. I waited a while for my dipping sauces, which never appeared. It may have just been an off day, but I'd be cautious about returning... 🤔
