We ordered a cake that looked horrible! After showing pictures of what my sister received, we asked for a refund.
We were told to come to the restaurant for a full refund the next business day.
when we came to the restaurant the owner wasn’t there to speak with us.
We came later in the day and was denied our refund because we didn’t have the cake to return! We throw the trash away just like anyone else would! We have several photos of how damaged it was received.
I use to support this place for what it was but I’m over it.
Very unprofessional and didn’t have any customer service!

Food isn’t tasty or flavorful.
Unauthentic.
My steak sandwich was so dry.
I wasted $26 here.
Even though it was overpriced I was hoping it would be worth it as far as flavor goes.
But nope.
Won’t be returning.

This was my first time here.
The staff was very welcoming.
We had a lot of questions and they were very helpful.
Nice relaxed atmosphere for lunch.
I ordered the seafood mofongo, and my niece had the picadillo and both were really delicious.
My mofongo was very flavorful and full of seafood.
The portions are huge. Don't forget to donate a couple of bucks to feed the cute kitties outside.
