El Mirasol is a delightful gem in Alon Town Center! 🌮 I recently celebrated my mom's 90th birthday here, and the attentive staff truly made us feel special.
The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, with plenty of space for larger groups. My favorites were the prickly pear chispa margarita - perfectly sweet - and the salmon a la parrilla, which I recommend with the rich chipotle sauce.
The mixed nachos were a hit, too! The chips paired with that dark chipotle sauce were a unique twist. Can't forget the chips and salsa, a must-try! I’ll definitely be returning soon! 🎉✨
