El Jinete in Hixson offers a cozy space for enjoying classic Mexican fare at a great price point. I recently dined here and tried the Chicken Enchiladas topped with creamy cheese sauce - pure comfort food! The service was impressively fast, and our waiter was attentive without being intrusive.

I also loved the fresh chips served with a slightly sweet salsa, perfect for snacking. While the atmosphere is casual, it felt welcoming. Definitely returning for more of that savory goodness... 🌮
