El General Taco Co. is a hidden gem in Henderson! 🌮 The ambiance immediately draws you in with its vibrant decor, and Mario’s enthusiastic menu explanations make you feel right at home.

I ordered the carne asada tacos paired with their heavenly salsa - just the right amount of spice! The made-to-order food is incredibly fresh, especially those daily-made corn tortillas!

Although their hours may be a bit confusing, it’s worth the wait. Can't wait to return once they reopen!
