Makai Island Grill is a hidden gem for Hawaiian cuisine in Henderson! 🌺 I recently tried the Chicken Katsu and was impressed by its perfect crispiness, complemented by the flavorful rice and corn.

The Mochiko Chicken added a delightful twist to my meal, making it truly memorable.

While the service was hit or miss, with some staff seeming unsure about the menu, the inviting atmosphere made up for it. I loved watching the Polynesian cultural center's canoe pageant on TV!

Overall, a tasty experience at affordable prices - I'll definitely be back for more! 🌊✨
