We recently dined at El Eden for a casual night out, and it was a cozy experience amidst the hustle of Newark. The pollo a la brasa was absolutely the highlight - juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also tried their ceviche, which, while fresh, was a tad lacking in flavor.

The place was a bit busy, and our service was somewhat slow, with dishes arriving at different times. Be prepared for the added 10% service fee; it caught us off guard. Despite these quirks, I’d return for that delectable chicken. 🍗
