El Chubby's is a hidden gem! 🌟 Located conveniently near the Denver Airport, this Latino-owned Mexican restaurant never disappoints. The smothered Carne Asada burrito is a must-try - so flavorful and filling! I also loved their medium-spicy salsa with crispy chips. Although we waited a bit for our food, it was well worth it; the fast service kept the atmosphere lively.
