September 17, 2024El Chingon is an absolute gem in the Gaslamp district! 🌟 We enjoyed a vibrant evening on the outdoor patio while grooving to live music. I indulged in the Baja fish tacos, which were beautifully seasoned, while my partner loved the cheesy birria tacos.
The highlight? The watermelon margarita - so refreshing! 🍉 The chips and salsa were a fantastic start as well. Our server, Rico, was attentive and friendly, enhancing our experience.
Just a heads-up: the torta is quite large, so consider sharing! Can't wait to return for more delicious bites and cocktails! 🍹
