El Chalate Restaurant is an absolute gem for Salvadoran cuisine in Denver! 🌟 I ordered the casa miento breakfast plate, featuring perfectly cooked eggs, creamy cheese, and sweet plantains. The flavors blended beautifully, especially with the salty cheese!

Their lunch menu offers great combination plates - my favorite is the #1, with chile relleno, beef burrito, and cheese enchilada. It's such a steal for under $10! The portions are generous, and the cozy atmosphere makes it feel like home.

Definitely support this local treasure... I can't wait to go back! 😊
