Mexican restaurant
I am giving four stars to the beef tamales. The beef tamales are perfect flavor;tons of meat.In addition, the tamales are stuffed with meat, and large. My complaint is the size of El Bravo's burritos. The shredded beef burrito with cheese is the size of a small frozen burrito from the grocery store.Furthermore, the burritos are not filled;these aren't big burritos.
Nice little spot for some good Mexican food. All food was like how nana makes it.One item that stood out was the rice.Im extremely hard to please when it comes to rice. This rice was the most flavorful and cooked perfectly I've ever had ever.Only thing I would change is a spicier salsa for the chips but I do like my salsa spicy spicy.
I am honored to be a patron at this establishment for almost 20 years. They changed ownership a couple years ago, but still kept it in the same family. They remodeled a few things, kept the same traditional menu, and continue to treat everyone who walks through the door like they are guests in their home for a meal. The bright colors, gorgeous mural, and numerous paintings, give you something to look at every time you visit.
