Nestled within the Viterbo University campus, Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a cozy spot for a quick breakfast. I recently enjoyed a delicious everything bagel with cream cheese and paired it with their rich coffee. The ambiance could be better, as it felt a bit dim, but the staff was friendly during my visit.

Do note, though, that they usually close for the summer, so plan your trip wisely! I’ll likely be back for their tempting sandwiches before they break. 😊
