December 11, 2024I recently tried Bite Squad for a late-night pizza craving and, while the concept is appealing, my experience fell short. The ease of ordering is overshadowed by frequent inaccuracies - I received the wrong toppings!
The communication about accuracy checks felt misleading, as it's just verbal confirmations with restaurants. Plus, when I contacted support about my order, the representative abruptly ended the chat.
I appreciate the wheelchair-accessible parking, but I won’t be recommending this service anytime soon... 🍕
