I recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels in Encinitas and enjoyed a laid-back breakfast. Their everything bagel with cream cheese was delightful, perfectly toasted and generously spread. The ambiance, while a bit warm, felt cozy.

I appreciated the variety, but there was a minor issue with cleanliness as a few tables were sticky. The staff was friendly, although a bit overwhelmed during the rush. It's a solid spot for a quick breakfast. I'll definitely return for more of those bagels... 🥯
