Eggspectation in Richmond is a delightful spot for breakfast! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes it perfect for families or groups. I tried the smoked salmon eggs benedict, and it was exceptional - definitely one of the best I’ve had! My friend ordered the fluffy waffles, which were deliciously crispy outside and soft inside. The service was attentive, making our experience even sweeter. Just a heads up: it can get busy, so be prepared for a wait. Overall, I can't wait to return! 🥞
