Eddie Merlot’s in Fort Wayne is an exceptional steakhouse experience! 🌟 We started with the crab cakes, which were divine, perfectly paired with corn bisque. For the main course, I had the bison ribeye - cooked to perfection and richly flavorful.
The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, making it perfect for special occasions. Our server, Rachel, was attentive and friendly, even surprising us with a decadent crème brûlée for dessert.
