I recently dined at EC Kitchen and was blown away by the authenticity and quality of the food! 🌟 The beef noodle soup had handmade noodles and tender stew beef that transported me back home. The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal.

I couldn't resist trying the dou hua in ginger syrup - it melted in my mouth! The tea eggs and beef rolls were also highlights. Each dish was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Just a heads up, they do close for long vacations, so plan ahead! Highly recommend for any Taiwanese food lovers in Portland! 🍜
