This place is truly a piece of Italy in terms of Italian food and products.Youâd find all kinds of pasta, olive, olive oil, balsamic, jam, bread and pasta. They have small stores in the market where you can buy freshly baked bread, meat, salami, pizza and pasta. The taste of food is amazing. You wanna eat at Century City go here instead of the food court.
Been coming here since day 1.A few changes over the years but still top notch service and food...and drinks! This new little bar in the wine section serves food! Literally had my basket of groceries and sat down for a drink and some food before headed to check out. Doesn't get better!
Took the wifey out for her birthday.Always wanted to see what this Eataly was all about and I figured it would also be a nice follow up to our recent trip to Rome and Florence, Italy.I was impressed by the amount of things youâll find in Eataly. The market, bakeries, sandwich place, wine area and restaurants. In the end, my wife and I wish we had just gone to the sandwich area, which seemed like a more relaxing vibe.We ended up going to the restaurant, La Pizza, La Pasta I think its called. This is why I give my review as sort of a so, so experience if you will. The seating in there was so tight, its hard to really enjoy and they stuck us in between two larger groups who were quite loud.I had the good fortune I guess of sitting next to a woman who liked to fling and shake her long hair. This probably added extra seasoning to an already not so good margarita pizza đ The table they gave us was so small we could barely fit the food we ordered which is why I chose to order only three items.I will give them high marks in how fast our food came but mostly because we were anxious to eat and go.It took longer to receive my change than it took to receive the food.Besides the pizza we got the meatballs, which was very good and the spinach ravioli (not so good) Each item averaged $20 and the final bill came out to be $79.Honestly, not worth it at all but we do plan to give Eataly another try.Kind of disappointing that they donât validate. The waitress told me âoh! Just go to Bloomingdales, theyâll validate for you no problem!â I go there and the lady says âyou have a Bloomingdales receipt?â I laughed.Tack on an additional $8 for an hour and a half night in Century City.đ
