Dunkin' at Oakleaf Town Center has been a mixed bag for me. ☕️ I love their coffee options, especially the iced caramel latte, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. However, my last visit was frustrating - got the wrong order and the service felt rushed.

The drive-through was slow, and I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who didn’t seem interested in resolving my complaint. A large sign saying “cash only” would’ve been nice to avoid confusion, too!

Despite the chaos, I'll give them another try... maybe next time will be smoother?
