Dunkin

I ordered 2 turkey sausage wake up wraps no cheese.
I received a pork sausage croissant with cheese.
I submitted my complaint and DD gave me a donut, that I didn't want, as their "ooopps...our bad" reward.
Absolutely not! I didn't order a donut so why is my inconvenience item a donut.
Straight trash

Horrible experience with Nicolas Davis.
I bought two coffees through drive threw, a few days later I noticed $25 was taken out of my account when it was supposed to be $4.
I had to take time to call and figure out why money was taken from me without my authorization.
Every time I called either I got no answer or no manager on site.
I left several messages and no phone call back by a manager.
I eventually got one on the phone after a few days of calling.
They researched and figured out they put my card in and left the screen open and charged me for the next persons order too.
I had to continue to call back to have a manager reimburse me.
My days are very busy at work so this was getting extremely frustrating.
I then spoke to Nicolas Davis and he told me he can not reimburse me for the full amount, I still had to pay for the two coffees.
I thought that was unbelievable especially with the amount of inconvenience this caused.
When I told him no, I expect to be reimbursed the full amount he hung up on me! I called back a few hours later because I was busy at work and the girl I spoke to said I will be reimbursed the full amount and that I had to call back the next day between 12-1pm in order for that to happen.
I didn’t have time to call during that time.
I called yesterday and was repeatedly told the manager doesn’t have time to talk to me.
I said I don’t care I want to be reimbursed and I want to talk to a manager now.
After them arguing with me and telling me I had to wait for the corporate number I eventually got Nicolas Davis on the phone.
He is unbelievable! He did not listen to me at all and ran his mouth the whole time I was trying to tell him I want to be reimbursed.
At that point I expect them to give my husband and I a free coffee because of this! He said no.
And halfway through the conversation he said the call was being recorded.
I said good because maybe they’ll see how horrible his customer service skills are and then I said aren’t you supposed to disclose that the phone is being recorded in the beginning of the conversation? That’s illegal! He finally reimbursed me and I have yet to see it in my account, I’ll have to monitor my account now too.
It is unbelievable I had to call them multiple times a day every day for a week! And after they steal money from me wouldn’t even give me a free coffee to make it right! I even got a notification from my bank saying I may have fraud from a local merchant and automatically sent me a new debit card which I have to wait to activate until after I receive the reimbursement.
Very frustrating and Disappointing experience.
My husband just called and asking if I wanted a coffee and I told him NOT to go to Dunkin Donuts.

I stopped there this morning with my sister asked for a large black coffee with coconut, simple to make, my sister got what ever blondes get.
Get to the window get our coffees with a few small complications not a big deal I understand, I drive a manual so I just throw my coffee in my cup holder.
The lid wasn’t properly on my coffee and it spilled all over my car, not only that the little I have left taste like trash and so does my sisters.
