Dunkin' on Wornall Rd is my go-to spot for iced coffee runs! ☕ Most days, the staff is upbeat and friendly, making for a pleasant experience. I’ve enjoyed their classic glazed donuts, which, while not always in stock, are always worth the wait when they are fresh!

However, I’ve noticed that busy mornings can lead to a chaotic atmosphere. Last weekend’s trip showed a stressed manager, which made me uneasy as she directed her team more harshly than needed.

Despite that, Amanda made my coffee perfectly during my afternoon visit! I’d recommend coming later in the day for a calmer vibe... What’s your favorite order? 😊
