We took the tour for a friends birthday, then hung out and enjoyed the food and beer for a few hours The tour was absolutely amazing.
For a price of $10, most of the people were a bit tipsy and educated on the brewing process.
Definitely worth it, and I’m thinking about making this a recurring tour visit. The beers are all great and very purposeful.
Whether you’re a novice or a beginner, the education is amazing. Outside of the tour, the staff is on top of it and willing to do whatever it takes for you to have a great experience. I strongly recommend a visit.

This place has a sleek, industrial look to it--not something I'd expect from a German-themed joint.
We dropped in for a couple of beers, some wurst (they're okay), and to watch some football on their televisions.
Unfortunately, they had turned off the television audio and were playing bland/typical pop music.
The entire experience felt very sterile, characterless.
I'm a fan of KC Bier's brews, but I wasn't so wowed by this drinking establishment.
I have no complaints about the service, and the place seemed extremely clean--hence the four stars.

I don't leave reviews much, but....
WOW, best beer and best beer tour I have been on.
We sampled 4 different beers during the tour and each one had its different aromas and flavors that you could smell and taste instantly.
Our tour guide was very knowledge and deep dove into the Bier making process.
If you have the hour to take the tour I highly encourage it you will learn a lot and notice the difference between what a bier should be and what a "beer" is.
I will be coming back.
