Dumpling Bar in Encinitas is a delightful find! I visited recently and the handmade dumplings were heavenly - definitely don't skip the xiao long bao; they burst with flavor! I also enjoyed the spicy wontons and the pan-fried buns, both perfectly executed. The casual vibe made it an ideal spot to relax with friends.

I appreciated the quick service, and the Thai tea paired beautifully with my meal. Can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu! 🍜
