I recently dined at Restaurant Due Fratelli in Berlin and had a disappointing experience.When ordering spaghetti, I mistakenly asked for Carbonara instead of Bolognese.Upon receiving the Carbonara, I politely requested it to be replaced with Bolognese.However, the staff refused to accommodate my request, simply stating that I had ordered Carbonara. To make matters worse, the Carbonara I received was quite awful.It lacked salt and was excessively hot, making it almost inedible.Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and the food quality left much to be desired.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
The pizza and the ravioli were tasty.However, it could be better.Not that Italian taste that much.With that price, in this neighborhood, there are better places around.However, if you’re in a hurry, not looking for a fancy restaurant, you can eat something here fast.The service could be better, too, though.
I arrived and was led to a table immediately and handed a menu.I got the bruschetta and a lasagne.The prices here are very affordable.Unfortunately the lasange was greasy and cold in some parts, the cheese/top layer was chewy.The dining area of the restaurant is not very clean and is in need of an update.
