November 09, 2024DASHI Diner is a cozy and charming spot that puts a refreshing spin on traditional diner fare. I indulged in the chicken katsu sando, perfectly crispy on the outside, paired with soft shoku-pan bread. The flavors were delightful, and the tonkatsu sauce was light yet delicious.
Their fried tempeh sandwich and double-fried fries are also worth mentioning, although I found them a bit on the heavier side. The atmosphere felt inclusive, making it a relaxed place for all. Don’t skip the melon granita - it's both beautiful and tasty! 🍉
