I recently dined at 段純貞 Duan's Noodle House in Pacific Commons and it was quite the experience! 🌟 The atmosphere is bright and casual, making it a great spot for a solo meal. I ordered the spicy Szechuan noodle soup, which was wonderfully flavorful and had just the right kick!

The handmade noodles were delightfully chewy, and the braised beef shank added a nice, savory touch. I also tried the tofu starter with century egg, which helped mellow the spice.

While the portion sizes felt a tad smaller for the price, I left very satisfied. The service was friendly too! I’d definitely return for more noodle adventures.
